If requesting information on a home that is to be sold or is selling, you must submit you request in writing to our office at the following email address: office@pmsolutionssc.com . 

We cannot discuss owner accounts with outside agencies unless we have the formal request from the closing attorney or the owner themselves.  These requests must be submitted in writing.

All condo questionnaires must be submitted through the online service portion of the website.  Condo questionnaires will be completed within 48 hours of receipt and during normal business hours. THERE IS A $50.00 CHARGE FOR COMPLETING THESE FORMS.

We require 48 hours notice on all questionnaires and closing documents.  

If completion is required in less than 48 hours an additional charge may be required.

Property Management Solution’s Payment Policy Guidelines

 

We are pleased to offer you the following payment options:

1.      Mail payments to (your HOA name), P.O. Box 2014, Lexington SC 29071 and make your check payable to your HOA name.

2.      Drop your payments off at our office located at 201 West Main St., Suite A, Lexington SC 29072.

3.      Set up your payment through your bank using their “Bill Pay” service. Your property address may be used as your account number for this type of payment. The bank sends an electronic check to us so simply make the check payable to (your HOA name), mailed to P.O. Box 2014, Lexington SC 29071. This is done solely through your bank and normally this is a free service.  You may confirm with your bank if there is any fee involved.

4.      Through our Online service called Pay Lease. This can be found on our website at www.pmsolutionssc.com / Online Service/ Pay Lease. Please be aware there is a charge for this service.  The charges are currently $2.95 per use if paying via a check type transactions or approximately 3.4 percent of the transaction amount if you are using a credit card.  Prior to using this service, you will need to call Property Management Solutions to obtain an account number.

Monthly statements are not be mailed out unless your HOA Board requests them to be mailed to the whole community. In an effort to keep costs at a minimum for the HOA, we do not currently provide this service.

Finally, we are unable to accept debit, credit, or cash payments in our office or over the phone. When making payments, please present checks or money orders made payable to your HOA.

 

Please note that accounts not kept in a current status may be turned over to the collections attorney. Once your account is submitted to the attorney, we will be unable to assist you in settling the account. If you receive a notice from the attorney you must contact that attorney

ONLINE PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYLEASE

To make a payment through Pay-Lease you must have your account number and your portal opened. Please contact chandra@pmsolutionssc.com to open your portal and obtain your account number.  You may also call our office at 803-996-4846.

There is a $2.95 fee paid to Pay Lease for each transaction using your checking account. Credit Card fees apply at 3.4% and is also paid to Pay Lease. Please check with your institution to ensure other fees may or may not apply.  Payments made using Pay- Lease are subject to a 5 day hold and may not credit to your account until released from Pay Lease.

Please allow 5-7 days when making your payment.  If your payment is due on the first of the month, then you should post your payment around the 26th to ensure proper credit and the potential for late fees.

Payments Returned for NSF or stop payments are subject to a fee of $30.00 on top of what your institution may charge you.
